Terms of Service

By accessing or using GhostGambles, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. GhostGambles is a community site operated by joshii998 in connection with Thrill (Thrill.com). We may update these Terms at any time and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18+ or local equivalent, whichever is higher) and not a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online wagering. We reserve the right to verify age and disqualify any account that misrepresents eligibility from leaderboards, monthly challenges, and any other promotional reward routed through this site.

GhostGambles is a community affiliate of Thrill. We do not operate a casino, accept deposits, or take wagers. All gameplay happens on Thrill under their Terms of Service; this site only tracks promotional rewards (weekly leaderboard payouts, monthly challenge prizes) for players who registered on Thrill under code joshii998 and linked their Thrill username here.

Linking your Thrill username binds your in-game wagers to your Discord identity for the purposes of leaderboard credit and monthly-challenge eligibility. You may only link a Thrill account you personally own and that registered under code joshii998. Linking another user's account, sharing accounts, or attempting to link the same Thrill username to multiple Discord accounts will result in disqualification and forfeiture of unclaimed rewards.

Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, wash trading between players, manipulation of wager data, exploiting bugs, harassment of other community members, or any behavior the operator deems unsporting will result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of all unclaimed rewards. This includes participating in giveaways under multiple identities or coordinating wagers to game the leaderboard.

Weekly leaderboard pools and monthly challenge prizes are funded by joshii998 from his affiliate revenue with Thrill. Prize amounts, payout structures, and qualifying-wager rules may change between cycles at the operator's discretion. We make no guarantee of specific prize amounts or distribution timing. Payouts are typically settled within 7 days of the close of each cycle.

Where draws are used (challenge selections, raffles), we publish HMAC-style server seeds and post-draw verification details so any user can independently verify the outcome was not tampered with after the fact. The verification block is shown on the relevant page after each draw.

We may suspend or terminate your access to GhostGambles at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason at the operator's sole discretion. Termination does not entitle you to compensation; unclaimed rewards on a terminated account are forfeited.

GhostGambles is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses incurred while wagering on Thrill or any partner platform, for service outages, for missed rewards due to technical issues with the affiliate API, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Gambling involves risk; only wager what you can afford to lose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. Disputes will be resolved informally first via Discord ticket; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the operator's local courts.
